We bring apps out of obscurity – with ASO, creative design, and the UX expertise that most marketing agencies lack.

Over 200+ design projects

App marketing from people who don't just promote apps, but build them.
We have been developing and designing apps for 7 years. That expertise goes into every store listing and every campaign we optimize for you.
How we grew DeepDays to 30,000 users.
No agency slide decks, just a real project with real numbers. DeepDays is our own startup and shows what happens when development, design, and marketing come from a single source.
Built for High Demand
From the very beginning, the platform was engineered with scalability in mind — ensuring fast performance, stable infrastructure, and a seamless user experience even during rapid growth and high-traffic event launches.

App Marketing: Full-service from design to marketing
Creating the perfect website or app for your business doesn't have to be overwhelming. Our proven process makes it easy.

Project audit
Before anything begins, we talk about your app, its current status, and what actually makes sense—no strings attached and at no cost.
Product analysis
We take a detailed look at your app to uncover where the UI/UX design is holding you back—sometimes a small tweak is enough, other times it requires more.
Marketing strategy & implementations
We don't just develop concepts; we put them into action—handling everything from start to finish under one roof.
Running campaign
We don't just let campaigns run. We actively manage them so that we can respond to issues immediately.
Marketing Performance Monitoring
Numbers don't lie. That's why we keep a constant eye on the performance of every campaign.
Improve campaign
What the numbers show flows directly back into the campaign. This is how monitoring turns into real improvement.
Having an app in the store doesn't mean you have an app on the market.
We manage paid campaigns, optimize your store presence, and ensure that the users you acquire actually stick around.

Paid User Acquisition
Apple Search Ads, Google, Social Media: managed with a focus on ROAS, not reach.

Creative production
Mockups, videos, ad creatives – designed for conversion, not just for show.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
Acquiring new users costs money. Keeping them brings it back.

Performance monitoring
Without data, every marketing decision is a guessing game.

Launch strategies
For those who are still facing the big step: entering the market or releasing the next version of their app.

App Store Optimization
Two-thirds of all installs come from store searches. That is exactly where we get you to the front.
How much does your marketing cost?
The more features your app needs to include, the more expensive it will naturally become. Therefore, we always recommend developing the app as compactly as possible initially and expanding it later.

Are you looking for professional app marketing?

Who is your service best suited for? Does my app need to be a certain size?
We don’t have fixed thresholds for downloads or revenue. What matters is something else entirely: your app needs to retain its users. If 90% of your users are gone after day one, you’re just spending your ad budget on expensive dead weight—in that case, you have a retention problem to solve, not a marketing problem. And if that’s the case, we’ll tell you so during our audit.
Our approach works best for B2C apps with subscriptions or in-app purchases, marketplaces, and community or event-based products. In short: anywhere we can reasonably quantify the value of a user and optimize against a specific metric.
My app isn't in the store yet. Can I still work with you?
Yes. Our focus is on apps that are already live, but we also handle pre-launch projects. In those cases, we build the store listing from the ground up: pre-launch keyword research, app name and subtitle, screenshots and preview video, tracking setup, and—depending on the project—a soft launch in a smaller market before the main budget is deployed.
The advantage of getting us involved early is that your store assets and onboarding are developed in parallel with the product, rather than being added as a stopgap measure three months later.
I already have an agency for ASO/ads. Can I book individual services from you as well?
Yes, our services can be booked individually. Some clients only add on creative production because their agency runs campaigns but lacks in-house designers. Others choose to outsource only ASO while keeping paid user acquisition in-house.
What we clarify beforehand is who makes which decisions. Having two parties tweaking the same campaigns at the same time is the surest way to get poor data.
How does the collaboration actually work — do I get a fixed point of contact, or rotating teams?
You will have a dedicated point of contact who will support your project from the initial kick-off through to ongoing operations. At our company, not only the project management is in-house, but the entire team—designers, developers, and marketing specialists. This means no one has to spend time getting up to speed on your product every few months.
How quickly can a campaign start once we've decided to move forward?
Realistically, two to four weeks. During this time, we handle keyword research and competitor analysis, set up tracking and attribution, define the events we’ll be optimizing for, and produce the initial creative variations. The bottleneck is almost never our team, but rather the tracking on your end. Integrating the SDK, ensuring events fire correctly, and configuring SKAdNetwork and Aggregated Event Measurement requires developer time on your side. If that is already in place, we can be live in one to two weeks.
How soon can I expect to see results?
ASO effects typically become visible after two to four weeks, as the stores need time to index changes to keywords and screenshots before testing them against existing data. Paid campaigns provide immediate data, but the first two weeks are a learning phase—the focus here is on accurate measurement rather than efficiency. We can provide reliable insights into cost per install and retention after four to six weeks. Real optimization takes effect from month two or three.
Can you guarantee a certain number of downloads or a specific ROAS?
No – and anyone who tells you otherwise should make you suspicious. Installs and ROAS depend on factors we don't control alone: your pricing, store conversion, week-one retention, and the competition for the same ad placements. What we do promise: a forecast based on comparable projects, target metrics we define together before launch, and full transparency on every euro spent. If we see early on that the numbers aren't adding up, we’ll tell you, rather than continuing to burn through your budget.
What happens if a campaign doesn't perform as expected?
We work with fixed termination criteria to ensure decisions are based on data rather than gut feeling. We pull individual creatives after about 1,000 to 2,000 impressions if they haven't generated an install. A campaign is paused and relaunched after the learning phase if the CPI is more than double the agreed target value. We stop an entire channel after about four weeks if no positive trend is visible, and reallocate the budget accordingly. And then there is the scenario most agencies are reluctant to address: if no channel is performing after six to eight weeks, the problem usually isn't the ads, but the product itself—specifically retention, onboarding, or monetization. In that case, we will tell you directly and recommend pausing your ad spend until the issue is resolved. Because we have design and development in-house, we can help you fix those issues right away.
Do you also produce the creatives, or do I need to supply those myself?
We handle all creative production in-house. Design is part of our core offering, which is exactly why we provide Paid UA services in the first place. Without internal production, you’re typically looking at a two-week wait for a new video variation—and that kind of lag is where most campaigns fail, because creative testing is the single most important lever for success. Of course, we’ll continue to use your existing assets if they’re performing well. All we need from you is your logo, fonts, and brand colors—nothing else.
Do you cover other countries/languages, or just the German-speaking market?
We focus on the German-speaking market, where we have the best understanding of channels, costs, and the competitive landscape. While we can and do handle international campaigns and store localization, we will be upfront with you about which markets we have direct experience in and where we would be starting from scratch.
What's the difference between ASO and paid user acquisition — do I really need both?
ASO ensures your app is discovered and that the people who land on your store page actually install it. Paid UA ensures that enough people get there in the first place. One drives the conversion rate, the other drives traffic—and the two multiply each other.
This becomes very tangible at one point: if your store page only converts 20% of visitors into downloads, you are paying five times the price per install for every paid click. That is why we always start with ASO before spending any advertising budget.
Conversely, in highly competitive markets, ASO alone is often too slow. You might spend months optimizing your way up three positions, while the competition simply buys their visibility. Using both together is therefore the standard approach—just in that specific order.
What does your monthly service cost, and how much of that is agency fee versus ad spend?
We bill for marketing just as we do for our design work: via a monthly contract with a fixed hourly budget. You know exactly what you’re paying for upfront and can see exactly where those hours are going.
Is there a minimum contract term, or can I cancel monthly?
Cancelable on a monthly basis, just like all our packages. That said, we want to be upfront: paid user acquisition rarely makes sense for less than three months. The algorithms spend the first two weeks learning, and only then does the actual optimization begin. If you pull out after four weeks, you’ve paid for test data without ever reaping the benefits.
Pure ASO work, on the other hand, can be booked as a standalone project without an ongoing contract.
What budget do I need before paid user acquisition even makes sense?
For Meta and the major networks, there is an inconvenient mechanic at play: a campaign set needs roughly 50 conversions per week to exit the learning phase. With a CPI of two to four euros in the DACH region, that puts you at around 1,500 euros per month—for a single campaign. And you can’t test anything with just one campaign. Our rule of thumb: it starts to make sense from a monthly media budget of 2,000 euros, and from about 5,000 euros, you can begin to test and scale systematically. Apple Search Ads is the exception; it works with as little as 500 to 1,000 euros because brand and exact-match campaigns require almost no learning volume.
ASO requires no media budget at all. If your budget is currently tight, that is exactly where we will start.
Do I pay anything for the initial audit, even if I don't end up working with you?
No, the audit is free and carries no obligation. We will take a look at your store listing, your keywords, the competition, and—if applicable—your existing campaigns to show you exactly where you stand. Sometimes, the result is that we advise against moving forward. We will be completely upfront with you if that’s the case.
