Migration without losing rankings
Before the move every ranking URL recorded, every redirect in place, everything checked on staging. Then 30 days of Search Console.
The first impression counts! To ensure your customers are also captivated in the future, our apps & websites not only function well but look even better.
Shopware 6 is running, the products are in, and the shop still looks like the theme. We redesign the storefront, category by category, without changing the system.
The end of support is set, the migration has been on the list for months, nobody wants to risk the rankings. We move products, customers, orders and URLs to Shopware 6.
Configurators, content next to the products, load time: at some point a theme has reached its limit. Then we build a Next.js frontend on the Shopware Store API. Checkout stays Shopware.

Every step ends with something you can see. And with a price for the next one.

You tell us where you stand. We tell you honestly whether and how we can help, and what it would cost. No slides, no sales pitch.
Range, audience, your installation including extensions, three competitors. Then the route is set, along with a shop concept at a fixed price. €1,990, credited when you commission.
Structure first, then the picture: categories, product pages, search and checkout in Figma, clickable on desktop and phone. You see the shop before it exists.
A new theme for Shopware 6, a move from Shopware 5 or a Next.js frontend on the Store API. Extensions come from the store or from us. Every old URL is redirected.
We switch over once test orders and tracking are in place. Then 30 days of ranking monitoring and Shopware admin training for your team. Layout and landing pages afterwards in the design plan, new features at a fixed price.
They are in the proposal before you sign.
Before the move every ranking URL recorded, every redirect in place, everything checked on staging. Then 30 days of Search Console.
The fixed price stands after the workshop. Anything added gets a number beforehand. No extras at the end of the project.
Shopware licence, repository and Figma files run under your name. You can carry on without us at any time.
Management reads every inquiry personally and answers within one business day. No ticket system in between.
DeepDays is the app for car events, community voting, and digital ticketing. From the initial idea to UX UI design and technical implementation, we developed the product entirely ourselves and quickly scaled it to over 50,000 users.

For the Glücksgefühle Festival, we developed an app that offers 200,000 visitors interactive experiences – from ticketing and gamification to live communication.
Clubkit is our white-label solution for smart ticketing. We built it to work like the best bouncer in town.
With PetPlanner, pet owners can find suitable service providers nearby, book appointments online, and keep track of their pet's health data, appointments, and important information at all times.

Recruiting is often chaotic and manual. With Funellab, we built a platform that automatically filters, organizes, and perfectly matches applicants.
Clever-PV wanted more than just an app – they wanted to give households control over their energy. Our task: a UX and UI design that makes data clear, intuitive, and understandable.

Mensch und Maschine stands for CAD and BIM software. We have developed an intuitive solution that simplifies complex processes and seamlessly connects teams.
Scoops connects food creators with their community in a new way. Influencers share their recipes directly in the app, and their followers can unlock them via a subscription, cook them, and become part of an active food community.

Smartmove needed a solution for efficient vehicle fleet management. We developed an intuitive interface with smart automations – understandable in just 10 seconds.
Not every project can be shown. What we worked on for Red Bull Salzburg stays confidential. If you build with us, you can count on the same discretion.
What we did for Evergreen stays in house. Sorry, we can’t show anything here either. If you build with us, you can count on the same discretion.
Which of the three routes fits is settled in the shop workshop for €1,990. After that the price is fixed; the workshop is credited when you commission.

Most Shopware shops do not need a new system, they need a design that fits the brand. Everything else follows from the version and from what the theme is blocking.
Shopware remains the backend in all three cases. What changes is the storefront and the effort to get there.
German Web Award '23, 5.0 stars on Google, number one among app agencies on OMR Reviews. Nice for the wall. What counts is the revenue in the shop.
What working with us is like, our clients tell better than we can. Every review can be read in full on OMR Reviews or Google.

What does a Shopware project cost with you?
A design relaunch of your Shopware 6 shop starts at €15,000. Migration from 5 to 6 with a new design, or a headless shop with a Next.js frontend, at €35,000. The fixed price comes after the shop workshop for €1,990. Licence and hosting do not run through us.
Shopware 5 is being phased out. What does that mean for us?
No further development, and at some point no security updates. The shop keeps running, but every interface that changes becomes a risk. The migration is not an update but a new shop with your data. And so the right moment for a new design.
What about plugins and extensions?
In the workshop we go through every extension you use today: what the Shopware Store offers for Shopware 6, what the standard can do by now, what is missing. What is missing we build as our own plugin, so updates stay simple.
Will we lose our rankings in the migration?
Not if the move is done properly. Beforehand we record all ranking product and category URLs, set up every redirect and check on staging. After go-live, 30 days of Search Console. Customer passwords cannot be carried over; your customers set a new one at their first login.
Who maintains the shop after go-live?
Your team. Products, prices and promotions run in the Shopware admin, with training at go-live. Layout and landing pages come from the design plan from €2,699 per month, new features or extensions at a fixed price.
We look at your plans with you as if they were our own. If building does not pay off, we tell you, even when that speaks against the project.
