A Platform for All Car Events Across Germany
The car scene thrives on events, communities, and shared experiences. Yet, information about events, applications, and tickets was often scattered across many platforms, websites, and social media channels. That's exactly what we wanted to change. With DeepDays, we created a central platform where users can discover car events, apply with their vehicle, and buy tickets directly. Everything in one place, easily accessible, and always at hand.
From Concept to Finished Platform
After defining the vision, the goal was to develop a functional product from a complex idea. To achieve this, we first structured the entire user experience and logically built all central processes such as event search, vehicle applications, ticketing, and check-in.
In the next step, the complete UX UI design of the platform was created with the aim of making even complex processes simple and intuitive to use. Subsequently, we technically developed DeepDays as a scalable app and web platform to bring organizers and visitors together long-term on a central platform.

A frictionless ticket flow designed to feel effortless from start to finish. Every step — from selecting the right ticket to adding optional extras and completing checkout — was carefully optimized to reduce decision fatigue, build trust, and keep users moving forward with clarity and confidence.

Designed for clarity and discoverability, the event listing experience makes it easy for users to browse schedules, compare events, and instantly access the information they need. A structured layout, intuitive filtering, and clear visual hierarchy help reduce friction and improve engagement throughout the platform.

The checkout flow was built around speed, trust, and reliability. From ticket selection to payment confirmation, every interaction is optimized to create a seamless purchasing experience while maintaining secure transaction handling and minimizing drop-off during conversion-critical moments.


Interactive venue map integration provides users with a more intuitive way to explore event locations and surrounding activities. Dynamic map pins improve navigation, enhance spatial awareness, and create a more engaging browsing experience across both desktop and mobile devices.
From Platform to Growing Marketplace
Building DeepDays was not only a technical challenge but also a marketing one. As a marketplace, we had to attract two target groups simultaneously: organizers publishing their events on the platform, and visitors discovering these events and purchasing tickets.
Through a combination of clear UX/UI design, a strong product strategy, and targeted marketing efforts, we were able to scale DeepDays to over 30,000 users in just 6 months, laying the groundwork for an active community.
