Effectively connecting content and community
The challenge with Scoops was to develop a platform where food creators could not only share their content but also actively engage and build their community long-term. Recipes shouldn't just be consumed; they should be experienced and easily recreated.
At the same time, a subscription model needed to be integrated that naturally blended into the user experience and offered creators an easy way to monetize their content.
UX UI Design and Development for a Creator Product
To meet these requirements, we first conceptualized the entire user experience and clearly structured all user journeys, from recipe overviews and community interactions to the subscription process and access to exclusive content.
Building on this, the complete UX UI design of the platform was developed. Subsequently, we technically developed Scoops as a React Native app and also implemented a dedicated admin panel to centrally manage content, users, and subscriptions.
