We recognized the need for a solution to eliminate paper chaos, instead uniting all crucial steps of recruitment on a single digital platform. The entire process needed to be digitalized, providing recruiters with a clear and comprehensive overview of all eligible candidates, their application status, and progress through each stage, all while maintaining a slim & concise design.
Designing out the chaos
Efficiency is at the core of this project. We built a platform that eliminates physical applications and the chaos they bring. Instead, we aimed to transform the whole recruiting process, starting with attracting potential candidates. Through targeted advertising campaigns on social media, our clients now reach far more applicants than before. Incoming applications are automatically filtered, reducing the recruiters’ workload by only showing applications that are genuinely relevant to the open positions. The ongoing recruitment process is further simplified by organizing applicants according to their application stage, providing recruiters with a clear and concise overview, and making the entire process significantly smoother.
