Uniting two target groups on a single platform
PetPlanner connects pet owners and service providers on a single, central platform. The challenge was to integrate both target groups, each with vastly different needs, into a clear and intuitive user experience.
Every step, from finding the right provider and booking appointments to secure payments and managing all pet-related information, had to function simply, understandably, and reliably.
A sophisticated UX UI concept for complex processes
To effectively merge the distinct requirements of both target groups, we first conceptualized the entire user experience and clearly structured all key user journeys. This encompassed everything from service provider search, booking, and communication to the management of pet profiles and appointments.
Building on this, we developed the complete UX UI design for the platform, aiming to make complex processes simple, intuitive, and trustworthy for users. This final design then served as the foundation for technical development by the development partner.
A strong foundation for a scalable platform
With the completed UX UI design, PetPlanner was able to kickstart technical development, equipped with a clear product structure and defined user processes. All core workflows, from search and booking to communication and pet management, were strategically thought out and visually refined.
