Vor vier Jahren suchte KNGURU einen Designer. Ivan antwortete auf Reddit, nahm trotz vollem Kalender an einer Design-Challenge teil – und setzte sich durch. Heute ist er unser Lead Designer und kann Figma laut eigener Aussage sogar im Schlaf bedienen. However, PWAs cannot be published in app stores and often don't achieve the look and feel of a native app. Nevertheless, they offer the advantage of covering all platforms simultaneously, being cost-effectively developed from existing websites, and functioning like regular websites on PCs. If you simply want to provide your customers with a dashboard or an ordering platform, a PWA is often sufficient. However, should your requirements grow, the codebase can potentially be converted into a hybrid app, which can then be distributed through app stores. Of course, PWAs don't feel quite like "real" iOS or Android apps, and they can't be published in app stores without further ado. They are much cheaper than developing a "real" app and also work on regular computers (and you can even create shortcuts in the launcher so the PWA can be accessed like an installed app).
