By day 21 you hold a prototype, a recommendation and a fixed price.

  1. 01

Clickable prototype of the 3–5 key features

Testable on any phone. Realistic enough that users give real feedback.

  2. 02

Core screens for management, investors and first user tests

Design language and core screens for management, partners or investors, before any code is written.

  3. 03

    Two strategy calls

A kickoff call to refine the scope, then a debrief to decide what comes first and what to leave out.

  4. 04

    Fixed-price plan for the build

Features, phases and a binding price, plus what data protection and your systems require.

By day 21 you have answers: What gets built, and what deliberately doesn't? What does the first useful version cost? Which risks are still open, such as data protection or integrations? And what will win over management, IT or investors?

Interim review on day 10, fixed price on day 21.

  1. Day 1

    Kickoff call

  2. Days 2–17

Prototype and design, interim review on day 10

  3. Days 18–20

    Polish and fixed-price plan

  4. Day 21

    Debrief call: prototype, recommendation, price

Fixed price

€5,490

  • If you build with us afterwards, we credit the full €5,490. Prototype, design and plan are yours.

Our promiseWhat we agree on at kickoff is clickable on day 21. If not, we keep working for free until it is.

To keep to the 21 days, we start no more than six sprints a month.

First the prototype, then the product.

  • DeepDays on two phones: the best events and the IronCity application with ticket purchase

    DeepDays, our own app

Launched as a prototype in 2025, now 60,000 registered users

In 2025 DeepDays ran as a prototype, already with real users in the App Store. The full version went live in early 2026: over €1 million in ticket sales through the app in its first year, 4.8 ★ on the App Store and Google Play.

  • Glücks Pass for the Glücksgefühle Festival on two phones

    Glücksgefühle Festival

The prototype for a festival with 200,000 visitors

A clickable prototype, built quickly so the team could try out the app before development.

  • PetPlanner on two phones: appointments and booking a treatment

    PetPlanner

Started as a prototype, now winner of the German Stevie Award Gold 2026

Click first, then build: the prototype was the basis for the app.

ChatGPT can create screens in an hour. It can't give you a fixed price for development.

ChatGPT and other AI tools get you screens fast. What's missing is the decision: what scope makes sense, which features users really need and what roles, data and integrations will cost later.

You make that decision with us, backed by experience from over 200 projects. We use existing clickable mockups as a starting point. Your IT team brings its knowledge of your systems, but doesn't have to carry the project on top of its day-to-day work.

This team builds your prototype.

Charly builds your clickable prototype, Ivan and Strahinja design it, and Vera runs the project through day 21.

This is for you if …

  • you want to see if the app works before you invest big
  • you need to win over management, shareholders or investors with something tangible
  • you need a clear decision within three weeks
  • you want to turn an internal tool into a product for customers

We'll recommend something else if …

Frequently asked questions

What does the build cost afterwards?

That's in the fixed-price plan you get on day 21. We credit the full €5,490. You don't have to keep building with us.

Is the prototype already the app?

No. It's clickable and feels real, but there's no code running behind it yet. It shows whether your features work the way you imagine them, and it's the blueprint for the build.

Who owns the prototype and design?

You do. All files, screens and the plan are yours, even if you don't keep building with us.

What if the idea doesn't hold up?

Then you find out for €5,490 instead of €50,000. That's a result too, and we'll tell you openly.

How much of my time is needed?

Two calls and feedback on the interim review on day 10, usually within two days.

Do you also build a waitlist page?

Yes, if you want one, so you can test real demand. We'll sort that out at kickoff.

What about data protection and our systems?

We work out both in the sprint: which data the app needs, where it's stored and which systems it has to connect to, such as an ERP or practice management software. It's in the fixed-price plan before a single line of code is written. Not every risk is solved after 21 days, but none stays hidden until the build starts.

We already have a spec. Do we need the sprint?

Not necessarily. Mention it when you book, and we'll bring a price range for the build to the call.

We look at your plans with you as if they were our own. If building does not pay off, we tell you, even when that speaks against the project.
